FAQ

Will the wraps damage my nails? Not if they are removed correctly. Use cuticle oil to help remove the adhesive as well as nourish the nail at the same time. Never rip or pull the nail wrap off, as that may cause damage to the nail. The nail wrap provides protection to your nail, thereby in most instances assisting your nails to grow.

Why aren't the wraps sticking to my nails? Ensure your nails are clean and dry before application. Apply pressure on each wrap to ensure it sticks well before curing under a UV light.

Will the wraps work on my super short nails? Yes, these are designed to be trimmed to any nail length you have. Use scissors or a nail cutter if you have really short nails as opposed to filing the excess nail wrap.

Can I use these nail wraps as extensions to my nails? These wraps are designed to sit over and be trimmed down to your own nail length.

Why are the wraps still flexible after curing? This is normal. They will still retain slight flexibility after curing.

Do I need a base or topcoat? No, you don't. The wraps are designed to be applied on bare nails. As for the top coat, there's no need to apply any as the wraps are already perfectly shiny, but you can certainly add a top coat for extra shine and durability.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
